Mr Alexandru Panican and Mrs Renate Minas The report “People far from the labour market” provides valuable insights on how to create more pathways back to work and education. They highlight the importance of personalised support, early intervention and evidence-based approaches.

The report is a result of a research project that has investigated the labour market integration of people who are far from the labour market within the ESF-funded project Lumena.
