Lumena+ and Conecto+
Lumena and Conecto are two projects that are co-financed by the European Social Fund, ESF.
These projects have been extended and are now called Lumena+ and Conecto+
The projects continue to offer both individual support for citizens and skills development aimed at those working with people who are far from the labor market.
Lumena+ is aimed at those who need coordinated support to get into work or study. We use the methods of Supported Employment, Supported Education and Case Management.
Lumena+ is owned by Region Stockholm and includes 8 municipalities in the Stockholm County.

Lumena provided support to 1754 persons of the target of 1600 persons.
Conecto+ offers skills development to everyone who can influence the challenges facing the labor market.
The project focuses on methodological work, gender equality, equality and accessibility.
Through training, courses and seminars, we aim to create a more inclusive and equal labor market.
Conecto+ is carried out by 7 coordination associations in the Stockholm County, and the activities are aimed at professionals from 22 municipalities in the county, at the Employment Agency, the Social Insurance Agency, and Region Sthlm.
So far, Conecto+ has offered training to 1510 persons of the target of 2500 persons.
Conecto offered 1722 people skills development of the target on 1000 persons.
