The development groups
Lumena set up development groups already during the first Employee Day, which took place in September 2023.
Purpose of the programme
The purpose of the development groups is to:
- increase expertise in selected areas
- share experiences and learn from each other
- make proposals for development
- identify any difficulties in co-operation
Participants in the development groups
Participants in the development groups are project staff from all sub-projects who are curious or want to learn more about that particular area.
The development groups may also include sub-project managers or development managers from the coordination organisations.
To summarise, the aim is to increase regional collaboration on a number of selected areas from the Lumena project application.
The selected areas
With a large project spread across the county of Stockholm, with a staff of around 70 people divided into seven sub-projects, Lumena wanted to test the idea as a way of increasing regional collaboration and peer learning.
