Purpose of the programme
- Create a platform for sharing experiences on human rights
- Discussing challenges such as discrimination, domestic violence and labour market equality
- Developing inclusive practices within Lumena
The group meets monthly and discusses domestic violence, racism and inequality, and discrimination in the labour market.
One important initiative is the MR-fika, a forum where staff can raise issues and challenge norms to create a more inclusive organisation.

Domestic violence (DV)
Domestic violence is a major social problem.
Lumena is actively working on the governmental mission ”Increased detection of violence” and systematically asks questions about violence to the participants.
A survey from 2023 showed that:
- 52 % of women and 36 % of men had experienced domestic violence
- Only 25 % had been asked before, despite contact with authorities and health care
