What is Supported Employment?
This knowledge seminar will provide an overview of the Supported Employment methodology, both nationally and internationally.
The seminar highlights success factors, opportunities for development and why methodological fidelity is important.
It also discusses how the method can be used for a wider target group and in combination with other methods/programmes.
Lecturers: Johanna Gustavsson - Senior Lecturer at Örebro University, researcher and PhD in Disability Studies.
Johanna Gustafsson has been researching Supported Employment for people with disabilities and other vulnerable groups of jobseekers for over 16 years.
