The Conecto skills development project is coming to an end, and Conecto+ is taking over - an initiative that will continue to strengthen professionals in vocational rehabilitation and contribute to a more equal and inclusive labour market.
While waiting for the final report of Conecto to be released, we would like to highlight the successes achieved by the project:
- The project reached 1,722 unique professionals, which is well above the set target of 1,000 participants for skills development.
- Development of a county-wide knowledge platform
- Successful three-step model for skills development
- Focus on evidence-based practices such as Supported Employment and Case Management
- Increased focus on collaboration and equality
Don't miss our closing seminar on 30 January, where we summarise the experience and introduce the next step with Conecto+ where we take the lessons learned further.
