The goal of all our support seekers is to find the path to a sustainable working life or studies. Together with you, we create opportunities to get into work or study based on your wishes and abilities.

Who are we targeting?

We are aimed at those who are:

• Between 16 and 64 years 
• Bor i Nynäshamn eller Tyresö.
• Need support to get and keep a job or start studying.

How do we work?

We cooperate with authorities and organisations that you need to get to work or study. Some examples of the organisations we work with are the Swedish Social Insurance Agency, the Public Employment Service, and your municipality.

We have knowledge and experience of authorities and organisations that can help you. This allows us to provide you with customised support.

Our methods

We work with the methods of Supported Employment, Case Management and Supported Education.

• Supported Employment (SE) supports you in finding, getting and keeping a job.
• Supported Education (SEd) helps you succeed in your studies.
• Case management (CM) provides you with support in all areas of life. You are given the opportunity to influence your quality of life. The aim is to give you a meaningful everyday life, to enable you to support yourself and be part of society.

As an applicant, you will be assigned a personal counsellor. You can be supported by several people and methods at the same time.

What happens when we make contact?

We will contact you by phone for a first contact. We will then invite you to a meeting to find out more about the project and the support we can offer. If it's of interest to you, we'll have a period of getting to know each other. We'll map out your abilities, dreams, wishes and needs so that you can start working or studying. Once that's done, we'll make a plan together with you.
