During this morning's closing seminar, we summarised the successes and lessons learned from Conecto!
We received reflections from the project management, but also from employees who have taken part in Conecto's competence development and shared how it has strengthened their organisations. Follow-up researcher Jon Ohlsson contributed with valuable insights on how we can create successful collaboration and skills development by taking into account the organisational conditions.
