Gold nuggets from Lumena - focus on local work

In our June campaign, we are highlighting good examples from Lumena's local sub-projects, efforts that make a big difference.

First up is Lumena Östra Södertörn and their work to tackle racism and inequality in their organisations. In yesterday's results seminar, we learnt about their work and important lessons.

Among other things, we listened to project managers and employees who shared their experiences from the process management that Kitimbwa Sabuni leads. Through this work, the team has been able to identify structural barriers and take concrete steps towards change.
