Exchange of experience with the Lumena Conecto accompanying researchers

Last Thursday, Lumena Conecto researchers and project support staff gathered for a valuable exchange of experiences on the project's ongoing research. The purpose of the morning was to create a forum to talk about how the research can have a greater impact in the daily work and where each researcher presented insights and results from their respective areas.

Some reflections from the day:
- Skills development activities need to be linked to practical everyday work and management needs to be involved.
- Equality data can evoke strong emotions, but is also seen as an important recognition of experiences of discrimination.

- How can we create better conditions for methodological fidelity without compromising the needs of the individual?

- Outreach is needed, but needs to be seen as a strategic approach rather than a single method.
- Collaboration is often based more on relationships than structures.

Thank you to our researchers for taking the time to share your findings so far, and a warm thank you to all the staff and participants who have contributed their experiences and reflections to the research base through interviews and other means. You are making a difference! 🩷
