Collaboration that makes a difference – results from Lumena and the next steps with Lumena+

How can collaboration contribute to enabling more people to establish themselves in working life?

Welcome to a knowledge seminar where we share experiences, results, and lessons learned from Lumena and the ongoing development work within Lumena+.

During the seminar, you will get to learn about the results of the follow-up research, examples of how collaboration has made a difference for participants, and insights into participant influence, equality data, and employer collaboration.

We also look ahead and tell about how methods and working methods are taken forward within Lumena+.

Through presentations, participant voices and a concluding panel discussion, we bring together researchers from the Centre for Occupational and Environmental Medicine, Competence Arena, project management and a representative from the European Social Fund to discuss opportunities, challenges and future developments.

📌Participants:
  • Maria Reed, project manager Lumena+
  • Project owners: Jens Bengtner and Jesper Hagmyr, the Region.
  • Competence Arena: Kristoffer Odstam and Robert Flognfeldt
  • Gun Johansson, researcher at the Center for Occupational and Environmental Medicine
  • Participants and employees from Din Tur.
