Lumena's efforts to increase inclusion: Results that make a difference

Lumena exceeds forecast - more people supported towards work and study!

Since its launch, Lumena has reached 1,347 participants, well above the forecast of 1,100 people. With more than half of the project's lifetime completed, we are well on our way to supporting 1,600 people closer to the labour market.

So far, 529 participants have completed their participation, 237 of whom have gone on to work or study!
Exit surveys show that the support provided by Lumena has improved the self-confidence of many and that having a contact person has been crucial in their journey forward.

These results confirm the importance of personalised support and collaboration.
We look forward to continuing our work and reaching even more people!
