Today we listened to Johan Quist which gave us new perspectives on public sector collaboration.
Johan is an associate professor of business administration, researcher and vice director at the Centre for Services Research - CTF, Karlstad University. His primary research interest is the meeting between citizens and the public sector. This was the theme of this morning's knowledge seminar.
He gave healthcare as an example where we can rethink and instead of seeing citizens and patients as passive recipients, see them as active co-creators.
The care system needs to focus more on coordination based on the needs of the person.
Thank you for everyone's involvement today, there were many questions that came in to Johan!
