Our methods

We use methods that are evidence-based. They are scientifically proven and work well with our target groups.

Supported employment, SE

SE is a method of vocational rehabilitation. It is primarily aimed at people with disabilities who need support to start working or studying.

The jobseeker is supported in finding, getting and keeping a job. We look for the right workplace and a job that utilises the support seeker's motivation and abilities. In addition, we work to adapt the workplace to the needs of the person seeking support. Work should be done on the applicant's terms.

Supported Education, SEd

Since the 1980s, the 'choose-get-keep' model has been used as part of psychiatric rehabilitation targeting education and today Supported Education is an evidence-based approach to help people with mental health problems choose, get and keep education.

Case management, CM

A case manager accompanies the applicant in different contexts, organises appointments and books meetings with the authorities and health services. The support seeker is at the centre. Although work and studies are the ultimate goal, the case manager does not only talk about work. They talk about housing, health, finances, relationships and diagnoses. All aspects of life must work.
