European Commission lifts Lumena

I'm glad that European Commission would like to highlight Lumena and Alexandra's story as a good example.
On the Commission's website, the Swedish Representation brings together examples, large and small, that illustrate how EU membership and co-operation contribute positively to different areas of society.

We have previously highlighted the European Commission's visit to Sweden, where the Lumena project had the opportunity to present its objectives and results, an occasion that clearly demonstrated how the project reflects the role of the European Social Fund in investing in people. Swedish ESF Council plays a key role in realising the EU's objectives on employment, social inclusion and skills development, and Lumena Conecto is a concrete example of how this investment is being put into practice.
