Today we heard from the project's accompanying researcher Johanna Gustafsson talk about the Supported Employment method.
SE is an approach that offers person-centred support to secure and maintain employment in the open labour market. Through an early focus on regular work and support tailored to the individual's choices and preferences, SE aims to create equal opportunities for all, regardless of functional capacity, to participate on equal terms in working life.
In the Lumena sub-project, the SE methodology as a way of working is a central part when staff members meet participants, as the methodology supports the project's goal of focusing on ways of working and attitudes that break unhealthy norms and contribute to everyone's right to decent working conditions.
