Gender equality in the labor market?

Today, at Conecto+, we had the privilege of organizing a knowledge seminar together with The Public Employment Service where their final report on gender equality integration 2022–2025 was presented.

The report highlights both progress and remaining challenges in the work towards a more gender-equal labor market. Particular focus has been on women's access to
– Subsidized employment
– Labour market training
– Contracted match-making services (e.g. Rusta and Matcha)
– The establishment program
