Last Thursday, staff and project management from Lumena Conecto gathered for a full day of experience sharing and inspiration. 🌷
As this was the last staff day for Lumena, the focus was on two key issues: how we can strengthen participatory participation and inclusion, and how we can capitalise on the results, insights and lessons learned from the projects so far.
The day provided an opportunity to both reflect back and look forward - towards continued development and new ways of working to support people on the path to work and study.
