The Lumena Östra Södertörn subproject has been implemented in collaboration between Haninge municipality, Tyresö municipality, Nynäshamn municipality, The Public Employment Service, The Social Insurance Agency and Stockholm region.
At the end of the week conference, we had the opportunity to hear many interesting perspectives from participants, employees, researchers, family members, employers, and partners. Lumena ÖS has reached a target group that is far from the labor market – and has done so with quality, methodological rigor, and respect for the individual.

The employees carried the project during the meeting with the participants. The managers’ responsibility has been to enable quality, methodological consistency and sustainability throughout.
