Yesterday we listened to Kitimbwa Sabuni which provided an overview of the laws and regulations that apply in the labour market to combat discrimination and promote equal rights and opportunities with a special focus on ethnicity.
Kitimbwa also provided practical guidance on how to incorporate active measures and the rights-based approach into the organisation. The lecture was engaging and many important issues were raised.
