Welcome to a knowledge seminar that inspires and provides a basis for key components in the management of a methodological work.
This session is aimed at managers/leaders in an organisation who want to develop a living methodology.
Some of the issues that the lecture centres around:
- What is important from a leadership perspective when integrating a living methodology within your organisation?
- What aspects are important to consider from an implementation perspective - challenges and strengths linked to methodology?
- How can the method be seen as a support in everyday work, based on structure, performance monitoring and roles?
