This knowledge seminar will address the question of how we in the public sector should respond to different forms of gender-based oppression.
Among other things, it discusses the question of how the discourse and regulation of honour culture relates to human rights on the one hand and contemporary forms of racism on the other.
We pay particular attention to challenges in the labour market and the design of support measures.
How do we address the risk that work against gender-based violence and oppression contributes to the normalisation of racism?
