Coordination associations have long offered coordinated support through teams where authorities work together to meet people in need of support. An impact evaluation from the Swedish Social Insurance Inspectorate (ISF) shows that this support has positive effects on individuals' livelihoods.
During this session, the study will be presented and you will also learn about a follow-up from three coordination organisations in Stockholm County, where the work of the teams was followed for a year to learn more about the people referred to the teams.
The follow-up has looked at:
Who are the people referred to the teams?
What do they need support with?
What guidance or interventions do they receive?
How do participants experience the support?
Lecturers:
- Ann-Christin Jans, ISF
- Jenny Säve-Söderbergh, ISF (did not participate due to illness)
- Kristoffer Zetterberg, Coordination Associations HBS, Södertälje, SUVS and SAMSUND.
