Is it free of charge to participate?

Answer: Yes, participation in Conecto+ skills development is completely free of charge. Conecto+ is funded by the European Social Fund and aims to contribute to a more inclusive and equal labour market.

Why do I need to give my national identity number?

Answer: Conecto is funded by the European Social Fund (ESF) and we need to collect social security numbers to report to the ESF and SCB. This is to make sure that the participants are unique and that the project implementer does not register others who have not participated. We handle your personal data according to GDPR.

Why do I have to report time after a lecture, webinar or training?

Answer: Conecto is funded by the European Social Fund (ESF) and we need to report how many participants have taken part in our skills development programmes, also in terms of hours spent. This must be reported to the ESF and Statistics Sweden. This is to ensure that there are unique participants and that the project implementer does not register others who have not participated. We handle your personal data according to GDPR.

Didn't you receive the Zoom link to today's knowledge seminar?

Answer: The link to Zoom will be sent out the day before all our digital knowledge seminars to the email address you provided when registering. Please also check your spam folder. We will publish the link the same morning via our registration page: https://conecto-site.casaclient.se/ click on today's knowledge seminar to see the link. Why can't I, who work in a municipality outside the region, benefit from Conecto's skills development programme?

Answer: Conecto is a county-wide skills development project aimed primarily at employees working in the county's municipalities, the Swedish Public Employment Service, the Swedish Social Insurance Agency and Region Stockholm.

As a private company working on behalf of the public sector, can I participate in skills development?

Answer: Yes, if you work in a private company on behalf of the public sector, you can participate. If you work in a company that is NOT working on behalf of the public sector, you cannot participate due to state aid guidelines. Please contact us for more information: conecto@haninge.se

Will I be liable for compensation if I do not certify time?

No! All our knowledge seminars are free of charge, whether you authorise time or not. Unfortunately, we cannot remove the text about the person liable to pay compensation as this text is standard in the programme we use.
