People should be given the help they need to shine; we should contribute with skills development for employees and managers to increase equality and inclusion in the labor market. Last but not least, with the help of research and evaluation, we should find out what works for the target groups we are here for. How do they get the best support for work or studies? How do people access the labor market regardless of who they are?
On May 31, the two major ESF projects Lumena and Conecto were inaugurated in Stockholm City, in the heart of the county, because the 20 municipalities participating in the project operate in a large geographical area that extends from Norrtälje in the north to Nynäshamn and Södertälje in the south.
Here, Maria Reed and Stefan Cepeda, the new project managers, cut the golden ribbon together with seven project managers. Now we are working on impact, education, curiosity and knowledge. We are close to one hundred employees, all with high skills, all with goals and visions that will permeate the next three years. We are extremely proud to have the opportunity to be project owners in such a large and important project.
