During this morning's knowledge seminar with Jon Ohlsson, professor of pedagogy and didactics at Stockholm University, we got an interesting deep dive into what learning and competence development actually means. We were given examples of what it actually means to be a learning organisation, and what requirements are set to be able to promote and make use of the knowledge and skills that exist and develop.
