Lack of co-operation - the consequences for the individual

At Lumena Conecto, we actively work to identify and highlight areas where collaboration can be improved.
Through the Gaps in Collaboration campaign, we are highlighting barriers in the welfare system and now we are focusing on the consequences for those we serve.

What happens when there is a lack of co-operation?
Long processing times have serious consequences for individuals who need support. We see examples where people:
❌ Risk of being without benefits for long periods
❌ Missing opportunities for internships or work due to lengthy processes
❌ Loses motivation and ends up further from the labour market
❌ Negatively affected in their rehabilitation and establishment
