Today, staff and people with key roles from coordination associations, project management and steering groups gathered for a joint implementation dialogue on Lumena Conecto. The aim of the morning was to present the most important results and lessons learnt from the various sub-projects and discuss how best to take them forward in the respective organisations.
Several key insights were highlighted during the morning:
🔹The importance of working methodically
🔹Sufficient resources - both in terms of time and staff
🔹Learning from - and learning new things is a prerequisite for successful implementation
🔹At management level, it is important to create space for reflection in the teams - when dialogues are absent, development stops
🔹How do we really implement in practice?
🌟 So far during the project, our sub-projects have reached 1,490 people who need support to move towards work or study. Together, we can get more people into work and shape a more inclusive labour market. Many thanks to all of you who participated and contributed with wise perspectives and experiences!
