The three-step Conecto model is working in practice, as Järva district administration clearly shows. In an interview with the Swedish ESF Council, Andrea and Victor explain how the structure of Conecto - with open lectures, workshops and practical guidance - has made a real difference in their work to get more people into work.
The three-step model, where the first step is broad and open lectures, many of which are digital to keep the threshold for participation low.
The second stage is in-depth workshops and the third stage is mentoring or process management.
Thank you to the Swedish ESF Council for highlighting Lumena Conecto and how skills development efforts are translated into daily work!
