Last week, a knowledge seminar was offered on IPS (Individual Placement and Support), a method of vocational rehabilitation for people with disabilities and/or mental health problems.
The seminar was chaired by Helena Jonsson, project manager for IPS for people with addiction problems, and Mr Jonas Andersson, Project Manager for the Integration of IPS in Psychosocial Care, both from City of Stockholm.
The seminar focused on:
🔹 The background to IPS - how this method was developed and works.
🔹 The eight basic principles of IPS - key steps to help people in the best possible way.
🔹 Systematic employer engagement
Many thanks to everyone who participated and contributed with their reflections today! Do you have questions or want to know more about IPS? Please contact Jonas or Helena.
