In recent years, Lumena Conecto has been working to create a more sustainable, rights-based and inclusive support for people far from the labour market. Now it's time to gather the lessons learnt and look ahead.
On 4 December, we invite you to Lumena's final conference, a day of reflection, learning and co-creation.

The project's accompanying researchers present results and insights
Sub-projects share lessons learnt and ideas for the future
Focus on the power of evidence-based practices
📍Afternoon:
Raise your voice - a co-creative meeting where participants from Lumena and policy makers meet to share experiences, listen to each other and explore ways forward. The workshop is led with an interactive method we developed during the project with the support of Youth 2030 Movement, which promotes inclusiveness and mutual understanding.
