-Dissemination of the results of research carried out in the ESF Lumena project.
On this occasion, we had the opportunity to listen to the findings of researchers combined with the practical experiences of Lumena sub-project staff.

Mr Alexandru Panican, Professor of Social Work at the Department of Behavioural, Social and Legal Sciences, Örebro University, and
Mrs Renate Minas, Professor of Social Work at the Department of Social Work, Stockholm University.

- How do job coaches work with guidance and matching between participants and employers? How do their efforts contribute to improving young people's chances on the labour market?
- How do managers lead the work to create change? What changes in organisational culture are needed to enable job coaches to focus on the needs of the target group?
- What are the barriers and opportunities for increasing accessibility and collaboration in mainstream activities?
Participants: Alexandru Panican and Renate Minas together with Lumena collaborators: Musukebba Chorr and Jenny Heimdahl from Lumena Samsund and Tina Claésson from Hoppet.
- A study on efforts to strengthen the labour market integration of people who are far from the labour market.
